All taxes should be local

We should pay all our taxes to our local community (a portion of them in kind, working for our communal needs). But then our community must pay taxes to maintain the next layer of “goverment”, state or county. And this layer must provide for the next layer, up to the planetary organization’s that will be needed.
This is the natural way of things. The time of those artificial nation-states is over.
