· 2000-present, Estudios Técnicos, Inc. Financial Analyst.

+ Strong experience in financial analysis and loan proposals for a wide spectrum of business: shopping centers, residential projects, manufacturing plants, internet banking operations, hotels, bank branches, casinos, etc.

+ Developed software models, in Excel and Visual Basic, to determine feasibility of: restaurants, residential projects, casinos, shopping centers, pharmacies and parking lots.

+ Helped in the design of Estudios Técnicos’ intranet, based on SQL databases.

+ Business valuation specialist. Certificates of Need and Convenience for health facilities, such as hospitals, MRI, pharmacies, etc.

+ Developed a service of Asset/Liability Management for Credit Unions in Puerto Rico, based on Sendero’s CUPlan

+ Instructor Promoexport courses for the International Trade Certificate

· Economía al Alcance de Todos. Ponce: 1992. A 117 pages booklet used mainly as a self-sufficient introduction to economics.

· Estudio de las Actitudes de los Padres hacia la Escuela. Ponce: CUPR Print, 1993. This booklet, containing the findings of an extensive in-field research was distributed by the Catholic University to the southern area schools to help them in fulfilling the parents expectations.
